ABOUT

I have been a Livermore resident since 1985, and with the support and encouragement of my wife and best friend Nancy, a member of its vibrant music community since 2009.

I currently perform as a solo artist at venues such as Cuda Ridge Winery, Wood Family Vineyards, Del Valle Winery, First Street Wine Company, and Ravenswood Estate. I also perform at weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

I joined the legendary Tri-Valley band "Tommy and the 4 Speeds" in 2009, and performed with them annually through 2019 at the summer concerts at Pleasanton's Wayside Park.

I have been thankful to perform for over a decade with my daughter Audrey, an extremely talented musician and accomplished vocalist, and in recent years, her husband Dean Austin Mayor, yet another wonderful musician and saxophonist. Their influence helped to expand my repertoire beyond my historical influences such as the Beatles, 60's - 70's acoustic rock, and the singer - songwriter genre. The added music styles now include folk, pop, country, theater, and jazz. We also perform a few of my original songs from time to time.

My son Ben and his wife Claire Henderson can be sighted via occasional cameo appearances at my performances.

I have been playing guitar at Catholic masses since 1996, and continue to perform occasional Sundays at 7:30 am as part of the Music ministry at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic church in Livermore, CA.
